Types of e-liquids for e-cigs
The todays assortment of vaping e-liquids is incredibly wide, and beginners can easily get lost in their variety. What are the difference between types of liquids for e-cigarettes and how to choose them correctly?
Perhaps the most important difference here is the content of nicotine. It correlates with the so-called strength of regular cigarettes, thereby the e-liquids range from ‘light’ to ‘very strong’.
The strength is indicated by the ratio of milligrams of nicotine per milliliter of e-liquid. The lowest mark is ‘0’, the highest is ‘24’. This parameter may vary in e-liquid lines of different manufacturers, but they are all in the 0-24 range.
The second fundamental difference in the list is the taste of e-liquid: there are tobacco, confectionery and fruit ones, with small variations.
E-liquids also differ as for the PG/VG ratio. The first indicator is responsible for the taste intension (the higher this number is, the better e-liquid taste is). The second one deals with the density of vapor. Therefore, e-liquids for vape mods are selected depending on the type of device and vaper’s preferences.
How to cook e-liquid for electronic cigarettes?
Why vapers cook e-liquid on their own, if there is such a great assortment? First, in such a way, you can create your own unique taste, and secondly it is much cheaper. Recipes for e-liquids will be useful for those vapers who vape often and much, as well as those who prefer experiments.
Ingredients for cooking e-juices, the so-called DIY juices, can be easily bought. Usually they are much cheaper than ready-made liquids. The most advanced level of cooking is mixing all the ingredients from scratch, the simpler one involves adding flavor ingredients to the prepared base with a certain PG/VG ratio and nicotine content.
